are tasked with meeting your order. We do not provide
any other third parties with any information we hold
relating to you or your affairs. We collect information
about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your
order and second, to provide you with the best possible

Pricing
All prices shown are in UK pounds sterling. If you
are sending your own photos by post for us to scan,
please note there will be a charge of 50p per photo.

Delivery
Delivery takes approx 7 – 10 working days. However,
if any items are not currently in stock, delivery may
be delayed. Please therefore allow up to 28 days. If you requre your items urgently it is essential that you highlight this. We are not liable for late deliveries unless you have paid for special guaranteed delivery at an extra cost (on certain items only, please enquire). We
aim to keep you informed via email of the progress of
your order on request. If you require an update at any stage,
please do not hesitate to contact our help desk - Click
on the 'Contact Us' button on the left of our home page.
We can only deliver to your delivery address given at
the time of order. Part shipping of orders is done at
our own descretion. If for any reason a personalised
item is not delivered in the stated delivery time. We
can only print a replacement no refunds can be given.

IMPORTANT - Please ensure the address you provide
is 100% correct, full and complete with postcode. You
will be sent an email after ordering that confirms your
order details. Make sure they are correct. We are not
responsible for orders lost in transit if the postcode
or other parts of your address are wrong. If you order
a personalsied item of any nature they can not be cancelled
after ordering, unless we make an error on the item
in which case a replacement will be sent. We accept
no liability for late delivery. |
Orders That Are Delivered Damaged
All orders should be delivered in perfect condition
as they leave here that way. If your item arrives damaged,
please contact us straight away at: returns@amazingshop.co.uk

Refunds and Exchanges
We do not refund any personalised item for any reason,
if any mistake was made a replacement may be printed
at our discretion. Please contact us before returning
any item. Any faulty items will be replaced or refunded.
All refunds will be processsed within 14 days. Please
note that we can not refund the postage on any items
returned to us. If returning a product to us, please
email returns@amazingshop.co.uk with the details before
doing so. |

We aim to offer an efficient and courteous service to
our customers. It is our policy to acknowledge all orders
and notify you of an expected delivery, and to meet
this date in the vast majority of cases. If our service
falls below that to which you have a right to expect,
or you have any suggestions for the improvement of this

International Orders
We are happy to supply your order to any part of the
world and our shipping costs no more to send to the
UK or to send to the US!! However some countries may
have stricter custom rules. If unsure please check with
us prior to ordering. We aim to send all international
orders as soon as possible. Sometimes we will require
further information before we can dispatch an order.

Customer Complaints
If you unhappy with the service you receive from Amazing
Shop please contact us immediately so we can correct
the situation. All emails we be responded to within
24 hours. We will also keep you informed of everything
we are doing to correct the situation until the problem
has been solved. |

Your details will not be passed on to any third
parties. We may, however, periodically email you with
information relating to this website and any forthcoming
affiliated sites. If you wish to be removed from any
mailing lists, please contact our customer services

Safety
Please be aware that children should be watched
at all times while playing with the jigsaws and badges.
The jigsaws should only be used on flat surfaces. Beware
that the jigsaws and badges contain small pieces and
if used incorrectly may cause harm. |

Ways of Paying
For security purposes all credit card transactions
are handled via the ultra secure Paypal server and
processed by Paypal, our online clearing agents.
AmazingShop.co.uk
have no access to your credit card details. We accept
all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard etc) and
debitcards according to Paypal's policies. For more

are also able to pay by cheque and postal order. Please

Customer's Own Pictures/Photos
Please be advised that photos
sent by post are at your own risk and we are not liable
in any case for any lost photos in the post. We would
therefore advise that you only send photos that can
be replaced if lost. For this reason we would strongly
recommend that you get them scanned, and email them
to us rather than sending them in the post. We charge
50 pence stirling per photo that you want us to manually
scan.
If
you would like us to return your photos, it is important
that you provide us correct number of postage stamps,
or correctly stamped addressed envelope.
