We are committed to protecting your privacy.

only share our information with the suppliers who
are tasked with meeting your order. We do not provide
any other third parties with any information we hold
relating to you. We may from time to time contact you with details of any offers or other products. If you do not want to be contacted by us you may simply send us an email letting us know, and we will take your details off our mailing list. If you have any questions/comments about

Pricing
All prices shown are in UK pounds sterling. We may change any of our prices without notice, however if you have already paid and made your order, we will honour the price you have made. If you
are sending your own photos by post for us to scan,
please note there will be a charge of 50p per photo.

Delivery
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery although in many cases your items will arrive before this. Some of our items, e.g. car signs, and engraved products can be delivered within 5 working days if requested. If you requre your items urgently it is essential that you highlight this. We are not liable for late deliveries unless you have paid for special guaranteed delivery at an extra cost (on certain items only, please enquire). We
aim to keep you informed via email of the progress of
your order on request. If you require an update at any stage,
please do not hesitate to contact our help desk - Click
on the 'Contact Us' button on the left of our home page.
We can only deliver to your delivery address given at
the time of order. Part shipping of orders is done at
our own descretion. If for any reason a personalised
item is not delivered in the stated delivery time please contact us as there may be a valid reason for this. We do not guarantee delivery times unless otherwise stated.When we say 48 hours or 24 hours this only applies to working days, if your order falls just before a Sunday or a bank holiday for example, we only count the 48 hours of any working day, and the bank holiday is not included.

IMPORTANT - Please ensure the address you provide
is 100% correct, full and complete with postcode. You
will be sent an email after ordering that confirms your
order details. Make sure they are correct. We are not
responsible for orders lost in transit if the postcode
or other parts of your address are wrong. If you order
a personalsied item of any nature they can not be cancelled
after ordering, unless we make an error on the item
in which case a replacement will be sent. We accept
no liability for late delivery. |
Orders That Are Delivered Damaged
All orders should be delivered in perfect condition
as they leave here that way. If your item arrives damaged,
please contact us straight away at: returns@amazingshop.co.uk

Refunds and Exchanges
We do not refund any personalised item for any reason. If any mistake was made by us a replacement may be printed
at our discretion. Please contact us before returning
any item. Any faulty items will be replaced free of charge providing you return the original item showing us the exact fault. Please
note that we can not refund the postage on any items
returned to us. If returning a product to us, please
email returns@amazingshop.co.uk with the details before
doing so. Regarding personalised playing cards, pleaase note that if you require specific pictures to go on particular cards, as opposed to not minding about the order we place the images on the cards, we may have to charge extra for the work involved and it will also take longer to process your order and get a proof image to you. We will always inform you prior to manufacture if you need to pay extra, and give you the choice of proceeding or not, in which case if you do not proceed prior to manufacture we will offer a full refund regarding personalised playing cards only unless otherwise stated. |

International Orders
We can deliver to anywhere in the world subject to our terms and condititions. However some countries may
have stricter customs rules and this could add to the cost of delivery. Most times we are able to inform you if this is the case, however on a minority of cases this may not happen, and if so we cannot accept any liability for extra customs fees etc.. Free delivery may only apply within the United Kingdom and on certain products, usually we can inform you of this however, please check prior to ordering if unsure. We reserve the right to charge for delivery if we are charged for extra fees to post to a particular country. If unsure please check with
us prior to ordering. We aim to send all international
orders as soon as possible. Sometimes we will require
further information or funds in certain cases before we can dispatch an order to a particular country.

If you unhappy with the service you receive from Amazing
Shop please contact us immediately so we can correct
the situation. All emails we be responded to within
24 hours. We will also keep you informed of everything
we are doing to correct the situation until the problem

Customer's Own Pictures/Photos
Please be advised that photos
sent by post are at your own risk and we are not liable
in any case for any lost photos in the post. We would
therefore advise that you only send photos that can
be replaced if lost. For this reason we would strongly
recommend that you get them scanned, and email them
to us rather than sending them in the post. We charge
50 pence stirling per photo that you want us to manually
scan. Please bare in mind that if we have to scan an image your image may have specks of dust on the finished scan, and we cannot guarantee a perfect copy. Our scanning equipment is cleaned and all dust removed, however if your photos are dusty, or dirty, this will pick up in the scan. We cannot be held responsible for this, and are not liable for cleaning your photos. We can touch up your photos and repair them for you if agreed beforehand, but there may be an additional fee if the work involved is extensive.
If
you would like us to return your photos, it is important
that you provide us correct number of postage stamps,
or correctly stamped addressed envelope. In no case are we liable for photos which get lost in the post, please bare this in mind when posting your photos or when we have to return your photos. We can deliver them to you by registered and guaranteed post, however we reserve the right to pass on these costs to our customers as we are sure you will understand.

If you are posting your pictures please contact us for a postal address authorisation.
If emailing your photos to us, please send them to personalise@amazingshop.co.uk
or call us for the postal address for photos if posting them to us.

If you have any preference to the types of products you would
like your design to go on, please let
us know
beforehand and we will show you what your design would look like
before it goes to print to ensure you are
completely happy before making the final product.
Please
allow 10 days before delivery from when you place your order as
these are customisable items and
we need time to create the exact design you are happy with before
going to print.
There
are various types of products and we are continually increasing
the number of products we do, so if you
do not see the exact product that suits you please contact us
and let us know what type of product you require
and we'll let you know if we can do that for you.
